• Unauthorized or fraudulent use is strictly prohibited.

3. System Access & Usage

Partners are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the system. Credentials must be kept secure. Misuse may result in termination.

4. Data & Privacy

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of data they input. The system may process data to provide services. Confidential information must be protected.

5. Responsibilities of Partners

• Ensure proper training of staff using the system.
• Report technical issues or security concerns promptly.
• Use the system only for agreed business purposes.

6. Fees & Payments

Fees will be outlined in the partner agreement. Late payments may result in suspension. Refunds follow contract terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and documentation remain the property of the provider. No copying or redistribution without consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach or illegal activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

The system is provided “as is” without warranties. The provider is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the jurisdiction specified in the partner agreement. Disputes will be resolved accordingly.
